I posted tests for the third installment of this 3D printed animation series starting in 2020 (see below) when the pandemic put the project temporarily on hold. Since then we have build our own printer, and I continued to develop the project. Teaching during the pandemic took a little more of my time than usual. But as of January 2023, the project is finally finished as Light Play (Vicious Cycles #3)

The set was build on, and lit by, an iMac computer that is mounted horizontally. Most materials are recycled. Not the 3D prints though, I created a series of about 120 of them.

Here are some test for the third installment of this 3D printed animation series. This time the set is build on, and lit by, an iMac computer that is mounted horizontally.

Due to the current pandemic, the projects is on hold. I do not currently have access to the 3D printers at work. That will not stop me from doing stop motion though!

The first test was turned into the new year's greeting, not yet knowing what was in store:
